It has been a challenging and overwhelming few weeks, with a lot going on.
Mike and the kids have been sick, very sick. I'm talking 'on-the-couch-for-two-weeks-straight' kind of sick and 'child-wrapped-around-my-leg' kind of sick.
Deadlines for all sorts of things are sneaking up (and sometimes pass unheeded).
Anniversary celebrations and farewell parties have to be planned (and attended).
A very hefty rehearsal and performance schedule has to be lived through.
Lots of have-tos and musts - not typically how I want to choose to live my life, but there are seasons where this just happens. I have found myself too distracted to focus on anything. Too many projects and obligations and desires to keep track of everything (even with my 5 to-do lists going at once).
So, I have decided to take a break from blogging for a while; a bit of a sabbatical, if you will. If you are an avid follower - thank you. If you just ran across this blog - thank you. Thank you for taking the time to read my musing and the stories of trying to live a life that is real and full of love.
I will be back...in a while, crocodile!
