Just hangin' out

We have been in Vancouver for a few days now, and the weather has finally turned better...we had snow and cold weather for the first few days - quite unusual for March. The only consolation was that it was really cold in Edmonton while it was mildly cold here. As I sit here watching the kids play outside, I realize how wonderfully blessed I am for the family I have been given. No, we aren't perfect, and yes, they drive me crazy sometimes, but I know I am loved and my kids know beyond a doubt that they are loved. We have spent most days just hanging out with each other...ah, the joys of mooching!

Craziness!!

Has it really been over a week since I last wrote? Last week was CRAZY...physio appointments, babysitting, gymnastics, church meetings...I thought being at home full time meant that I would actually be home full time. Most days last week I left just after Mike and got home just before (or sometimes after!) he got home...I was happy when Sunday afternoon came along when I could finally sit. Now we are getting ready for our trip to Vancouver...looking forward to seeing some good friends and family again. The girls are really excited, and I'm sure they will be fine in the van - I'm not sure how Ephraim is going to do; he isn't the "seasoned" traveller that Eden and Aaralyn have become. Ah well, he will learn!!
